Eat to Live: The Revolutionary Formula for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss - Joel Fuhrman This "diet" is a really cool idea. You can see all of the science behind it which I find interesting. If you want more info on the "whole food, plant based diet" I'd recommend watching Forks over Knives. If you want to actually do it and need ideas for recipes, then I'd get this book.
